Scope of Client Project
Moore Medical was struggling to gain new contracts with an outdated name, and no central figurehead providing credibility in the highly competitive hospital medical staffing business.

- Rebrand/rename of company
- Marketing plan and development to make hospitals aware of new services nationwide.
- Personal branding of Medical Chief of Staff of a large hospital, in a new role as CEO/Medical Director of Moore Medical Group. Leverage experience and passion for quality psychiatric care to align with his authority in the industry.
- Develop innovative app with course curriculum for necessary CEU/CEC’s credits for MD’s and nursing staff. Educational material needed to meet current OSHA & HIPAA laws for certification of personnel.
- Website/Mobile site redesign, messaging to encourage new recruitment of MD’s and nursing staff to fulfill an expanding network to fulfill staffing placements within new hospital clients.

App and Course Curriculum
Developed MMG branded medical compliance course App. The contents of the course curriculum were hosted on a secure, password protected online CRM membership platform, also needed to be Mobile and tablet responsive.
• Platform delivered necessary testing and tracking of courses, awarding CEU/CEC’s credits to hospital personnel, and OSHA & HIPAA certification.
• Long-term vision was to “white-label” app and marketing content for use by providers not wanting the expediture of design and development.

App was a huge “value-add” to hospitals, as traditional testing methods were archaic and completion time was difficult to track and busy doctors and nurses often neglected completing the test.
Navigating OSHA & HIPAA compliant education courses involved several complex challenges.
Strict criteria for the medical knowledge needed for each unique medical condition covered in the course necessitated working with MD’s that were experienced in creating the material to test, score and award certificates for each of the tests provided.
- It was necessary to have an online Support Desk that could answer medical questions regarding course credentials and helping doctors with logging in.
- Due to time/work constraints, doctors and nurses would need the ability to stop and start their CEU course over several days to one week to complete it.
- It was necessary to put an additional burden on my strategic technical partners. The coordination of medical staff, along with the timing for the writing and UX/UI details were often complicated, due to the nature of the material.
- Once the course was completed, the ability for the client to offer the course added tremendous value and greatly expanded MMG’s reach into hospitals. The course also created a new revenue stream for the company.
